Sous Chef’s Requirements/Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills and ability to make an immediate impact on restaurant results
- High energy and success-driven
- Ability to build strong, cohesive teams and pursue excellence relentlessly
- 2+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant
- Manage day to day operations of the Back of House
- Ensure the highest level of food quality
- Manage key indicators of BOH operations
- Ensure correct staffing to ensure superior BOH execution
