We’re looking for a driven, people-first leader who brings:
- 4+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, fine-dining restaurants
- A proven track record of success, with strong career progression and solid tenure
- Experience managing $12M–$15M in annual sales
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- A passion for hospitality, fine food, and wine
