We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Associate Financial Advisor to help expand and support our growing financial advisory practice. This role is responsible for developing and managing a book of business by executing effective marketing strategies, converting prospects into clients, and delivering personalized financial planning solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, process-driven, and passionate about guiding individuals toward their financial goals through tailored investment, insurance, and planning strategies.
Financial Advisor Associate Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business and marketing plan to attract a defined niche of prospects.
- Convert prospects into clients using an ethical, consultative sales approach, maintaining a closing ratio above 80%.
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including recommending appropriate investment and insurance solutions tailored to client objectives such as retirement, estate, tax, and business planning needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication and service to support client relationships.
Financial Advisor Associate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of financial services experience with direct client interaction.
- FINRA Series 65 or 66, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and third-party asset management tools.
- Proficiency in financial software, including MoneyGuidePro™, Morningstar®, Excel, CRM systems (e.g., GoldMine), and Wealthscape℠.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
