We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Associate Financial Advisor to help grow and support our financial advisory practice. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a book of business by developing effective marketing campaigns, converting prospects to clients, and providing personalized financial planning solutions. The ideal candidate is process-driven, proactive, and committed to helping individuals achieve their financial goals through tailored investment, insurance, and planning strategies.
Associate Financial Advisor Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business and marketing plan to attract a defined niche of prospects.
- Convert prospects to clients with an ethical, consultative sales approach; maintain a closing ratio of over 80%.
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning by:
- Recommend appropriate investment and insurance solutions to meet client objectives, including retirement, estate, tax, and business planning needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication and service with clients:
Associate Financial Advisor Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of financial services experience, including client interaction.
- FINRA Series 65 or 66, Series 7, 63
- Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and third-party asset management tools.
- Proficient in financial software and tools such as MoneyGuidePro™, Morningstar®, Excel, CRM systems (e.g., GoldMine), and Wealthscape℠.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
