We’re seeking a skilled and driven Sous Chef to join the culinary team at one of Montauk’s premier dining destinations. This is a seasonal position running through Columbus Day, offering the chance to work in a fast-paced, upscale, oceanfront environment with a team that values excellence, creativity, and professionalism.

About the Role:

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, manage a high-performing team, and deliver consistently exceptional food during our busiest season. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate culinarian looking to make an impact and earn a $10,000 end-of-season bonus.
