Director of Engineering Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Chemical)
- 10+ years of mechanical design and R&D experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 10+ engineers
- Proven ability to manage multiple engineering functions (design, project execution, controls)
- Strong project management and scheduling skills
- Deep understanding of ISO standards, safety compliance, and quality systems
- 5+ years of hands-on design experience with rotating equipment, powder processing, or power transmission systems
- Proficiency in: Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), FEA, Vibration Analysis, Pneumatic Conveying
Director of Engineering Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and mentor Mechanical Design, Project Engineering, and Electrical Controls teams
- Oversee technical execution and delivery of complex engineering projects
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and sister companies to align on customer needs and timelines
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting when needed
- Ensure engineering processes meet all quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Act as a key technical liaison internally and externally
- Support cross-departmental initiatives, including Technical Center and Facilities projects
