Assistant Hotel General Manager
We are searching for an Assistant Hotel General Manager (AGM) to help oversee all aspects of the hotel’s daily operations, focused on Rooms Division and Food & Beverage departments.
Assistant Hotel General Manager Benefits and Compensation:
· Generous Salary in the 105k to 115k range based on experience.

Assistant Hotel General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
· 5+ years of Full-Service Hotel (branded) management experience.
· Experience in both F&B as well as Rooms (Front Desk or Housekeeping).
· Previous experience with controlling costs and operations financial management.
· Able to coach, mentor, train and have experience with team development.
· Able to collaborate with the General Manager and other members of hotel leadership.
· Able to interact with guests during peak times, events, and high traffic areas, setting a visible and approachable leadership standard.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
Assistant Hotel General Manager Preferred background and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
· Leadership in multi-department role (Rooms & F&B experience required).
· Certifications: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, CPR certification, Food Safety Certification (ServSafe/Certified Food Manager), and TIPS/TAMS Alcohol Certification.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency with Branded hotel systems, M3 Accounting Core, Office Suite.
