We are currently searching for a restaurant sous chef / kitchen manager for a HIGH VOLUME restaurant that features extensive catering operations and an offsite prep kitchen. High-volume independent experience is critical.
Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- Mix of independent and corporate restaurants in background.
- Experience cooking a variety of styles of cuisine.
- Experience working in a high volume setting ($5mil+).
- 3+ years experience in the heart of house.
- Catering or commissary prep experience highly preferred.
