Accounting Coordinator
We are seeking a full-time Accounting Coordinator who is skilled, detail-oriented, and excels at multitasking. This position will provide essential support to both the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Related Duties/Task:
· Provides support for daily accounting tasks, including transaction processing, data entry, document management, and reporting.
· Coordinates the processing of invoices, payments and other financial transactions.
· Assists with accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
· Provides administrative support for the accounting team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing financial data.
Qualifications:
· Associate's Degree in accounting
· Exceptional typing speed, capable of handling a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
