Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Previous New Restaurant Opening (NRO) experience is a plus
- Ability to foster a fun, positive, and team-oriented work environment
- Flexible, with a proactive, can-do mindset
- Highly organized and skilled in solving problems under pressure
Restaurant General Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a workplace culture that is upbeat, efficient, and enjoyable
- Manage labor, food, and operating costs with attention to budget goals
- Lead by example to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Act as a mentor and coach, providing strong leadership to your team
Restaurant General Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to $90,000
