Entertainment General Manager – Baltimore, MD

Entertainment General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of General Manager experience in a customer-facing industry with full P&L responsibility

• Demonstrated success in growing business performance while maintaining safety and team engagement

• Strong ability to analyze financial metrics and implement targeted marketing strategies (20% of time in the field)

• Proven leadership in hiring, developing, and coaching cross-functional teams

• Daily oversight of operations, team performance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction

Entertainment General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in indoor recreation, hospitality, or high-volume retail environments

• Familiarity with social media, B2B outreach, or youth/STEM programming
