Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional service and food quality. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and wants to be part of a collaborative, values-driven culture.
General Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and hourly team members
- Ensure consistently outstanding guest service and high food quality standards
- Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Manage financial performance including budgets, labor, COGS, and inventory control
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Drive community engagement and local marketing initiatives
- Execute administrative tasks including payroll, reporting, and team communication
General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality or restaurant leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, POS systems, labor scheduling, and vendor management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ServSafe Manager and TiPS Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven track record of developing talent and improving team performance
