We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our Atlanta-based Kitchen & Bath Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in remodeling or design to drive revenue, cultivate high-performing sales talent, and elevate the customer experience. Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 annually
- Bonuses: Performance-based incentives with total earnings potential of $100K–$300K+ annually

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, mentor, and manage a top-performing in-home sales team.
- Drive Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and boost profitability across the Atlanta market.
- Enhance Client Experience: Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the customer journey, fostering repeat business and referrals.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Maintain expertise in current kitchen and bath design trends, product offerings, and layout innovations.
- Build Partnerships: Cultivate strategic relationships to support sustained business growth.
Qualifications
- Industry Background: Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in remodeling, construction, or design-related fields.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to lead teams managing $10M+ in annual sales.
- Specialized Expertise: Deep knowledge of kitchen, bath, or in-home sales with a hands-on leadership style and customer-first mindset.
