Historic Landmark hotel inside the Chautauqua Institute is looking for a new General Manager. If you have a passion to go above and beyond to make each guest feel special, this is the role for you!

Duties:
- Maintain expert level of service with each guest on the property
- Supervise a small staff of culinary, housekeeping service members
- Follow up on breakfast and dinner service
- Create a marketing plan for the off season to reach out and connect with groups.
- Follow up with past guests to get them back for a visit.
- Basic admin and marketing duties
- Support training and coaching when needed, and embrace the historic surroundings.
Qualifications:
- Background in hospitality or hotel Restaurants, preferable Boutique.
- 2-3 years in management and ability to delegate and supervise small teams
- Front desk and phone skills are required
- Marketing and advertising knowledge is a huge plus
- Strong communication skills
- Servant's heart and not afraid to wear many hats.
- Some culinary experience is useful.
