Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners
- Plan and manage flawless events that exceed expectations
- Lead and mentor a motivated, results-focused sales team
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of hotel or hospitality sales experience preferred; leadership experience is a plus
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence
- Organized and detail-oriented with solid time management and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and data-driven decision making
- Leadership-minded with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug screening (cannabis-friendly policy)
