We're seeking a proven leader with experience overseeing multiple outlets and managing large-scale banquet operations (30K+ sq. ft.). Director of Food and Beverage Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary of $130,000–$145,000, depending on experience
- Relocation assistance provided

Director of Food and Beverage Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years as a Director of Food and Beverage at a Full-Service Hotel Property
- Proven success overseeing multiple F&B outlets (hotel restaurants, bars, cafes, in-room dining, etc.)
- Direct experience managing food and beverage operations tied to at least 30,000 sq ft of flexible meeting and banquet space
- Strong background in budgeting, labor control, and cost management
- Must possess a deep understanding of both front- and back-of-house operations
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
Director of Food and Beverage Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with high-end or luxury hotel brands
- Proficiency in systems such as Micros, Delphi, or other POS/banquet software
- Prior involvement in pre-opening or renovation projects a plus
- Sommelier certification or advanced wine knowledge
- Strong event planning collaboration skills
