Are you a hands-on, high-energy restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Operating Partner to lead one of our high-performing quick-service restaurant locations in Northern California. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone ready to take full ownership of day-to-day operations, drive results, and build strong, people-first teams.
Restaurant Operating Partner Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with a focus on quality, speed, and guest satisfaction
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive financial results, including sales growth and cost control
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
- Be the face of the brand in your community
- Work closely with ownership to elevate the concept
Restaurant Operating Partner Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager, or Operating Partner in a casual dining, fast food or fast casual restaurant setting. Candidates with food-related retail experience will also be considered.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Business acumen with a track record of hitting financial targets
- Ability to streamline, develop and implement effective standard operating procedures (SOP's)
- Hands-on, energetic, and guest-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
