We are currently seeking Associate Attorneys with 4–7 years of experience to join our First Party Property Practice Group in Jacksonville, Orlando, West Palm Beach, or Tampa, Florida. Property Insurance Claim Attorney Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive salary range: $110,000–$165,000, based on experience and performance
- Monthly revenue-sharing bonus plus merit-based year-end bonus

Property Insurance Claim Attorney Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 4–7 years of legal experience required
- Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Handle first party property claims including sinkhole, wind, fire, and water damage cases
- Take and defend depositions; draft and argue motions
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials (trial experience not required)
- Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
