We’re hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager for a high-volume, full-service restaurant known for its made-from-scratch American fare and energetic kitchen culture. This is a great opportunity for a restaurant professional with strong back-of-house (BOH) experience who’s ready to step into a leadership role. You'll work side by side with the Kitchen Manager and line team to ensure smooth kitchen operations, prep excellence, and top-tier food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing BOH operations and staff
- Lead line during peak hours and ensure quality execution
- Manage prep, inventory levels, and food waste control
- Uphold all health and safety standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to meet performance goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and collaborative work environment
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of BOH experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Solid culinary fundamentals and familiarity with prep and grill stations
- Food safety knowledge (ServSafe preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
