Food & Beverage Manager – This position is located 45 minutes east of Charlotte.

We're seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead front-of-house operations at a unique destination/farm retreat where guest service, sustainability, and memorable experiences come together. This is a chance to help shape a hospitality program built around purpose, quality, and connection.
Food and Beverage Manager Benefits:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week

Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team – Hire, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service
- Deliver Memorable Guest Experiences – Ensure smooth, welcoming service at every touchpoint
- Establish Service Excellence – Implement systems and standards that elevate the guest journey
- Coordinate Events – Collaborate with culinary and events teams on everything from intimate dinners to large-scale functions
- Oversee Beverage Service – Manage purchasing, inventory, and a curated beverage program
- Drive Daily Operations – Handle scheduling, POS systems, inventory, and front-of-house logistics
- Enhance the Guest Environment – Help create a warm, inviting atmosphere across all guest-facing spaces
- Innovate and Improve – Address challenges proactively and continuously seek service enhancements
Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or event-driven front-of-house management
- Skilled in team leadership, training, and customer service
- Strong background in beverage operations and hospitality systems
- Confident managing logistics, costs, and operational efficiency
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred
