Restaurant AGM Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, and direct team – set the bar high and never underdeliver
- Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable – integrity and respect are priorities
- Remain hands-on and eyes-on at all times in every aspect of the business
- Manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every detail
- Focus with the team on creating great guest experiences every time
- Keep operations running smoothly in the restaurant environment
Restaurant AGM Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a full-service Restaurant Management role in a high-volume, systems-oriented casual to the upscale-casual environment – NO JOB HOPPERS
- Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, lead by example, and uphold restaurant standards
- Proven ability to maintain standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships
- High level of passion for developing people and WOWing guests
