Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment | $75K–$85K + Bonus | Build Something Big | West Grand Rapids, MI

A well-established and fast-growing large equipment sales and service company is looking for an experienced, boots-on-the-ground Sales Manager to help us scale to the next level. This is your chance to drive business growth in a hands-on, high-impact role.
What You’ll Do:
- Grow revenue by nurturing existing clients and targeting new opportunities
- Analyze competition and identify market trends for strategic growth
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Conduct in-person client visits and relationship-building across the territory
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and run effective team meetings
- Train & develop new and incoming sales team
- Works with sales team on quoting and lead generation
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of Sales Management experience
- Heavy equipment knowledge—professional or serious hobbyist REQUIRED
- Strong communication, computer, and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits
- High school diploma or GED
