Role Overview:
Lead our sales team in Atlanta, driving revenue growth and ensuring an exceptional client experience in kitchen and bath remodeling. Manage a high-performing team, develop strategies tailored to Atlanta’s market, and build lasting client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $90,000/year
- Bonuses: Earn $100K-$500K annually, including team performance bonuses and self-generated lead bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier sales team.
- Drive revenue through strategic market analysis and partnerships.
- Ensure every client becomes a “Raving Fan” with 5-star experiences.
- Stay ahead of design trends and deliver outstanding results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales management in remodeling, construction, or design.
- Proven track record managing $10M+ in annual sales.
- 2+ years of experience in kitchen, bath, or in-home sales management
