Business Development Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and business development strategies aligned with firm goals and Florida Bar ethics rules
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, clients, and community organizations to drive case referrals
- Collaborate with content creators to enhance the firm’s digital presence through blogs, social media campaigns, and press releases
- Organize and participate in community outreach initiatives, speaking engagements, and industry events
- Lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and compliance across all platforms
- Establish connections with local media professionals, seminar coordinators, and event vendors to maximize public relations efforts
- Support co-counsel partnerships and client growth strategies through proactive networking and relationship management
Business Development Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required
- Minimum of three years of marketing, business development, or brand management experience
- Previous experience in a B2B services environment; prior law firm or professional services experience preferred
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and business development campaigns independently
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to foster strong relationships with attorneys, partners, and community stakeholders
