Assistant Director of Banquets Requirements and Qualifications:
- Some college experience.
- Requires at least 3 years of direct experience in Banquet/F&B operations.
- Strong skills in coordinating high-volume banquets and effective communication.
- Robust management, leadership, and teamwork values.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must understand the Four Diamond service beverage controls.
Assistant Director of Banquets Preferred Background and Skills:
- Luxury or Full-Service hotel background.
- Experience with at least 50,000 sq. ft. of event space and associate oversight of 40-50.
- A team-oriented individual who excels in mentorship.
