Assistant General Manager – Own the Floor. Elevate the Experience.
We’re a rapidly growing, scratch-kitchen restaurant group with 10 locations and more coming. We’re looking for a driven Assistant General Manager who knows how to lead from the front, develop high-performing teams, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the GM to lead all FOH and BOH operations
- Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and service standards
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- Maintain compliance and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 2+ years of AGM or senior management experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
- Cool under pressure, organized, and results-driven
- Passion for people, leadership, and hospitality
