Account Manager Commercial Lines
Our client is a highly respected, award-winning insurance agency known for delivering exceptional service and empowering its team members to thrive. They’re currently seeking an experienced Account Manager Commercial Lines to take charge of an established book of business and play a key role in the agency’s ongoing growth.
Account Manager Commercial Lines Benefits & Compensation
- Flexible 1099 remote schedule with a supportive, collaborative team environment

- Year-end bonus paid before Christmas based on agency profitability (typically $3K–$5K gross)
- Performance-based annual bonus paid each Spring, tied to individual results and portfolio growth (last year’s range: $8K–$20K)

Account Manager Commercial Lines Requirements
- Active 440 or 220 Florida Insurance License
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial lines insurance
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by results
- Proficient with modern agency management systems and digital tools
Account Manager Commercial Lines Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated book of commercial lines business, handling all servicing needs including renewals, endorsements, and daily account management
- Provide customized insurance solutions by quoting, rating, and presenting options tailored to client needs
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters
- Deliver prompt, proactive service and resolve client issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and uphold all agency processes and standards
