Civil Structural Engineer Responsibilities:
- Preparing reports, designs, and drawings.
- Making calculations about loads and stresses.
- Selecting appropriate construction materials.
- Providing technical advice.
- Obtaining approval for planning and/or building regulations.
- Liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects.
Civil Structural Engineer Requirements:
- PE License in Tennessee
- Minimum (5-10) years of related experience
- Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Proficient in structural design and analysis, building design codes, structural design software, REVIT/AutoCAD
- 5-10 years performing structural calculations and design for steel structures
- Fluency in AutoCAD and Revit experience is desirable
- A team player who constantly identifies and provides recommendations for improvement
Base salary $110K-$130K DOE
