Director of Talent Acquisition Requirements/Responsibilities
- 3+ years’ recruitment experience in hospitality or multi-unit operations
- Lead full-cycle hiring for management and hourly roles
- Manage ATS platforms and recruiting channels
- Build pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles
- Strengthen employer brand through sourcing and candidate experience
- Partner with leadership on staffing needs and internal mobility
- Ensure hiring process compliance and report hiring metrics
- Represent company at job fairs and hospitality schools
