Corporate Catering Manager

Corporate Catering Manager — Benefits & Compensation:
- Base salary of $56,000 to $66,000
- Profit-sharing opportunities

Corporate Catering Manager — Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in off-premise event catering, corporate catering, and drop-off catering
- Operations-driven, with a hands-on leadership style and lead-by-example mentality
- Proven ability to plan and execute events with precision, ensuring an outstanding guest experience
- Strong commitment to upholding brand standards and employee training initiatives
- Customer-focused with a genuine passion for service excellence
- Broad culinary knowledge with the ability to contribute to menu design and event presentation
- Outgoing, relationship-driven personality with natural leadership skills
- Positive, energetic attitude that motivates and inspires teams
Corporate Catering Manager — Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring seamless event execution and client satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to design and deliver memorable events
- Maintain brand standards across all catering activities, from menu offerings to service execution
- Build and nurture client relationships, driving repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
- Manage event logistics, budgets, staffing, and inventory to achieve financial and service goals
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all operational areas
