We are looking for an Auto Parts Store Manager who can drive high levels of customer service, generate profitable sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and effectively lead and mentor a productive team and operation.

Auto Parts Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Cultivates a TEAM work environment and meets all financial and performance-based metrics
- Maintains a consistent flow of communication with management and works in harmony with all other functional support groups
- Engages team members and business activities in a way that produces profitable market share expansion
- Ensures a safe work environment for all employees and brings quick and effective resolutions to business issues and opportunities
Auto Parts Store Manager Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of either successful automotive or HD truck aftermarket parts store management
- Practices open and clear communication and thrives in a fast-based business environment
- Ability to balance customer and business needs while protecting the best interest of the company
