A fast-growing skincare distribution company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join its dynamic team. This role serves as the frontline point of contact for customers and is responsible for delivering outstanding service across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolves customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manages customer orders by processing phone and online requests, entering orders into the system, tracking shipments, and providing timely updates.
- Maintains accurate and organized records of all customer interactions within the company’s CRM system.
- Shares valuable customer feedback with internal teams to support product and service improvements.
- Represents the brand with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
- Basic familiarity with CRM software and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Openness to cross-training and supporting other departments as needed.
