We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to join a well-established, high-volume restaurant group known for its positive culture, low management turnover, and strong growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all back-of-house operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and speed
- Train and develop kitchen staff while promoting a supportive and high-performing environment
- Maintain food and labor costs, manage inventory, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with FOH managers to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Drive results through strong leadership and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Proven track record of strong kitchen leadership and team development
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of food and labor costs, inventory controls, and kitchen systems
- Passionate, dependable, and driven to succeed
