We are a very fast growing company in the home services industry, acquiring and managing multiple brands that provide essential services to homeowners. With over 20 brands in our group and continuous expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on branding, digital strategy, and customer engagement for some of the companies under our umbrella.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-brand marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms
- Oversee SEO, Google Search, and Google Analytics to optimize online presence
- Manage social media marketing across all platforms
- Implement and analyze direct mail campaigns for customer outreach
- Work with internal teams to ensure clear, concise communication of marketing objectives
- Leverage data and analytics to refine marketing efforts and improve ROI
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives
Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in home services or a multi-brand environment
- STELLAR communication skills – ability to translate complex data into clear strategies for teams
- Proficiency in Google Search, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing
- Experience with Direct Mail campaigns and data-driven marketing strategies
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, SEM Rush, and Power BI is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
