Information Technology Trainer
We are seeking a dynamic IT Trainer to design and deliver technology training that empowers our teams, improves workflow efficiency, and supports the adoption of the firm’s evolving software tools. In this role, you will collaborate closely with IT, HR, and practice groups to ensure staff are confident, capable, and equipped to use key legal technologies effectively.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging training sessions on essential law firm technologies such as Microsoft 365, iManage, and timekeeping systems
- Develop clear, user-friendly training materials and maintain a comprehensive library of resources
- Lead IT onboarding for new hires and support ongoing learning and development initiatives
- Provide one-on-one coaching and follow-up support tailored to users of all skill levels
- Stay informed on trends in legal technology and support rollout training for new tools and updates
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT training, ideally in a legal or professional services setting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, iManage (or similar DMS), and legal productivity applications
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused, collaborative approach
- Experience creating digital or e-learning content is a plus
- Willingness to travel between office locations as needed
