We’re looking for a seasoned Account Development Manager who thrives in the travel industry and understands how to build and maintain B2B relationships, especially with travel advisors and agencies. You’ll work closely with travel professionals across the U.S. to deliver tailored solutions that showcase the power of an all-in-one digital travel insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build, manage, and grow relationships with travel agencies, advisors, and related accounts to increase loyalty and sales.
- Client Development: Drive revenue and engagement by understanding client needs and aligning them with Faye’s product offerings.
- Strategic Growth: Develop tailored account plans, implement growth strategies, and identify cross-functional opportunities with product, data, and tech teams.
- Industry Engagement: Represent at key trade events, conferences, and within industry networks to increase visibility and build trusted partnerships.
- Market Insights: Keep a finger on the pulse of travel trends and competitor offerings to inform strategy and identify white space opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years in account management, sales, or business development within the travel or travel insurance industry.
- Must have experience managing B2B relationships with travel agents, travel advisors, or agencies.
- Deep understanding of the travel ecosystem (agencies, OTAs, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.).
- Proven success in relationship-driven sales cycles and strategic account growth.
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Desire to work cross-functionally in a start-up environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as needed.
