We are looking for a Project Manager for a group with a diverse portfolio in hospitality, that has Commercial Construction experience and multi unit residential builds.
Project Manager Benefits:
- Salary $135-$150K
- Company-paid LT&D
- 401K with a 4% match

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of jobs through completion of work, including documentation and upper management updates
- Assist with project operations as needed, including scheduling, budgeting, and oversight
- Create precise estimates using your attention to detail, knowledge of the material, labor, and vendor relation
- Maintain relationships with key contacts in the construction industry
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience required in Construction Project Management: multi-family, commercial, and hospitality
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Ideally, in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week as needed
- 30% or more Travel to other Western states as needed for projects
