Kitchen Manager – No Nights!
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager who will oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, ordering, proper storage, scratch food production, and prep.
Kitchen Manager – No Nights Requirements & Responsibilities
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a culinary management role
- High volume brunch experience on the line desired
- Highly organized with a focus on cleanliness, kitchen sanitation, and food production
- Must be skilled in butchery, hand made pasta production, scratch cooking
- Point person and liaison for health department
- Organization and proper storage of walk-ins, production areas, and dry storage
- Leadership of prep team and line cooks
- Works on the line for brunch service on Saturdays & Sundays
Kitchen Manager – No Nights Benefits
- 40/50 hour work week, days only, Wednesday-Sunday set schedule
