Catering Manager Benefits

Catering Manager Responsibilities
- Detail and execute corporate, social, weddings, and non-profit, events
- Engage in catering/wedding shows/expos/fairs for company exposure
- Conduct property tours and entertain planners of meetings, social events, and weddings
- Deliver accurate banquet event orders on a timely basis
- Coordinate with rentals, vendors, and all aspects of the events
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate event bookings
Catering Manager Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- Previous hotel catering experience required
- Previous wedding and banquet experience preferred
