Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall performance of the operations, guest satisfaction, training, and scheduling
- A genuine passion for devoting people and future leaders
- Responsible for maintaining compliance regarding brand standards
- Work closely with all departments and ownership to ensure goals are being achieved
- Be an ambassador for the brand and property by actively engaging with guests and team members
- Be relentless in the pursuit of guest satisfaction
Hotel General Manager Requirements:
- A positive, collaborative mindset
- 2-year minimum experience as a limited-service hotel General Manager
- The ability to develop and inspire all staff
- Open availability is required
