Kitchen Manager Prerequisites –
- 3-5 Years in a Similar Role
- High Sales-Volume Experience
- Extensive Knowledge Monitoring Food and Labor cost, Menu Development, and Costing
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities –
- Oversee the Hiring, Training, Scheduling, and Mentoring Team
- Management of All Back-of-House Staff
- Weekly and Monthly Inventory and Ordering
