Compensation:
- The role is an in-production Direct Hire leadership role with 3 to 5 people on your team
- 55% payout of your personal cash-in with the ability to earn year-end incentives based on personal production
- Override paid on the production of your team

- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Daily Business Development and client management
- Lead a team of 3-5 Recruiting Partners
- Endless opportunities for promotion based on your productivity
- Leverage your partnerships with over 300 recruiting partners to help you fill the roles with your clients in your geographic area and/or others around the country
