General Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Execute flawless events that leave lasting memories and exceed client expectations.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to attract new business and exceed revenue goals.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and excellence in every aspect of our venues.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are not just met but surpassed.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering personalized, memorable service.
- Oversee all catering operations, ensuring top-tier menus and impeccable service.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of professionals committed to exceptional service.
General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, optimize resources, and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong communication skills to build client rapport, motivate teams, and foster a positive work environment.
- Demonstrated success in sales strategy development, exceeding targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant technologies.

Licenses/Certifications:
