Restaurant District Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 3 years multi-unit experience
- Passionate about high quality fresh food
- Great personality that wants to create a fun work environment
- Believes in people development and succession planning.
- Strong business acumen in managing P&L and coaching teams for success.
- Lead by example and know how to adhere to standards
- Can execute systems and tools to ensure operational excellence
- Prior experience in restaurant leadership preferred in creating teams
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Create solutions to growing sales and building positive community relationships.
- Grow your sales with an entrepreneurial spirit and a guest-focused attitude.
