Location: Flexible – Office, Hybrid, or Remote (Initial on-site training preferred)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative with experience in B2B cold calling. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are looking for a role with strong growth potential, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to identify qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Leverage email, social media, and CRM platforms for outreach and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business development goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary up to $50,000 plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Must have no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to manage a high volume of outreach.
