General Manager Requirements:
- 2-4 years of recent General Manager experience in full-service dining
- Understand and Manage restaurant financial reports with Area Manager
- Uphold brand standards in all departments
- Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist Area Manager in restaurant operational, financial, and marketing projects and goals
- Hire, train, motivate, coach & developing staff
- Ensure quality of food and service to every guest
- Orders, Inventories, P&L, and cost management
