Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Overseeing food preparation
- Exhibit culinary talents by personally performing day-to-day tasks, leading the staff, and managing all food-related functions
- Ensure exceptional quality of all ingredients, preparation, and planting of food items
- Instill and nourish high morale and team player mentality in staff
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Culinary Degree Preferred
- Experience in Upscale/Upscale Casual Dining
- 2-3 Years in Similar Role Required
- Scratch Kitchen Experience Required
