District Sales Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
Territory-Based Outside Sales Role in New Orleans
We are seeking an experienced District Sales Manager to lead territory-based sales efforts and client account management. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, exceeding targets, and promoting a trusted product backed by exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive territory growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts
- Travel within your assigned region 3–4 days per week to meet with clients and prospects
- Develop strong relationships and close deals within a fast-paced sales cycle
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Work independently while meeting or exceeding established sales goals
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience with a strong track record of success
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a performance-based role with high levels of activity
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential (total comp: $100K–$150K+)
- Monthly vehicle allowance
