Outside Sales Representative Benefits/Compensation:
- Competitive Base Salary (35-40k) + Uncapped Commission

Outside Sales Representative Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing tailored solutions and exceptional service
- Conduct in-store and event-based product demonstrations to showcase company offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, deliveries, and customer satisfaction
- Track sales activities and meet targets using CRM software and proactive business strategies
