Sous Chef with experience running a busy kitchen in a fun, relevant environment.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, train, and develop kitchen staff members
- Work with a Hands-on mentality / Help coordinate prep for private events.
- Assist Chef with standards, inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Ensure all food is prepared and served with high quality and guest satisfaction
Sous Chef Requirements:
- At least 2+ years in a Kitchen supervisory role / experience in banquets / catering / private events
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Passion for great food and beverage using fresh ingredients
- Strong leader who is looking for further development to expand their career
Sous Chef Benefits:
